Effective Date: June 1, 2026
HAUS ALIGNED, LLC (“HAUS ALIGNED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit https://hausaligned.com, submit a form, join a list or waitlist, communicate with us, register for an event, apply for or participate in an Offering, purchase from us, or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy is intended to provide transparent notice. It does not create contractual rights beyond those provided by applicable law. Where a separate privacy notice applies to a specific Offering, that notice supplements this Policy.
1. SCOPE AND ROLES
This Policy applies to personal information processed by HAUS ALIGNED in connection with the Website and Offerings. It does not govern legally separate entities or unrelated websites unless they expressly adopt this Policy.
Depending on the context, HAUS ALIGNED may act as the business, controller, or entity determining the purposes and means of processing. Third-party service providers may act as processors, service providers, independent controllers, or businesses under their own terms and applicable law.
2. CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, social-media handles, account identifiers, and similar details.
Commercial and transaction information: purchases, registrations, payment status, discounts, refunds, attendance, subscriptions, and customer-service history. Complete card details are generally processed by payment providers and not stored by us.
Application, program, and event information: business details, goals, responses, preferences, scheduling information, participation, assignments, survey responses, and feedback.
Communications: emails, text messages, form submissions, support requests, call notes, and other correspondence.
User content and media: testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, audio, recordings, and materials you choose to submit.
Device, internet, and usage data: IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, pages and links viewed, timestamps, referring source, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interactions with emails, ads, and the Website.
Inferences and preferences: interests, communication preferences, engagement, and audience or marketing segments derived from your interactions.
Sensitive information: We do not seek sensitive personal information unless reasonably necessary for a disclosed purpose. Ministry, prayer, accommodation, accessibility, or application forms may reveal religious beliefs, health-related information, or other sensitive details if you voluntarily provide them. Please provide only what is necessary.
3. SOURCES OF INFORMATION
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from service providers and platforms that support our operations; from event or referral partners where permitted; and from publicly available sources, including professional and social-media profiles.
4. PURPOSES FOR USING INFORMATION
We may use personal information to provide and administer the Website and Offerings; respond to inquiries; evaluate applications; process registration and payment; schedule and deliver programs or events; provide resources; manage accounts and communities; communicate transactional and administrative information; send marketing with appropriate permission; personalize content; conduct analytics; measure advertising; maintain records; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce agreements; comply with law; exercise or defend legal claims; and operate, improve, and develop our business.
5. LEGAL BASES WHERE APPLICABLE
Where a law requires a legal basis, we may process information based on your consent; performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one; compliance with legal obligations; protection of vital interests; or our legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Website, communicating with users, improving services, and marketing our Offerings, balanced against your rights.
6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
We may send transactional or administrative emails relating to forms, applications, registrations, purchases, programs, events, security, or policy changes. Where permitted, we may also send newsletters, ministry updates, educational content, promotions, and information about Offerings.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may retain limited suppression-list information to honor the request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications.
7. SMS AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
We send marketing texts only when appropriate consent has been obtained. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. We may send nonmarketing texts reasonably necessary to fulfill a request or transaction where permitted.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please review our SMS Terms for additional details.
These SMS Terms apply when you consent to receive text messages from HAUS ALIGNED, LLC.
7.1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Messages may include event reminders, registration confirmations, waitlist or program updates, administrative notices, educational content, community updates, and, where you have consented, promotional messages.
7.2. CONSENT
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize HAUS ALIGNED and its service providers to send text messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
7.3. FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for plan details.
7.4. OPT OUT AND HELP
Reply STOP to cancel. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message and legally permitted administrative messages. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. We will honor revocation requests made through reasonable methods as required by applicable law.
7.5. ELIGIBILITY AND NUMBER OWNERSHIP
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or customary user of the number provided, or authorized to consent for it. Notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.
7.6. DELIVERY AND CARRIERS
Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.7. PRIVACY
We process mobile numbers and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties for their independent marketing. We may share it with service providers that help deliver the messaging program.
7.8. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program. Updated terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
8. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We may use essential, functional, analytics, and advertising technologies, including cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits. These technologies help operate the Website, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure content and campaigns, prevent fraud, and support advertising or remarketing.
Examples may include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, and comparable tools. The tools actually deployed may change. Some providers may combine information with data from other services under their own policies.
You can manage cookies through browser settings and any consent tool made available on the Website. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly recognized. Where legally required and technically supported, we will respond to applicable opt-out preference signals.
This Cookie Notice explains how HAUS ALIGNED, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://hausaligned.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
8.1. WHAT THESE TECHNOLOGIES ARE
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, scripts, software development kits, and device identifiers.
8.2. CATEGORIES WE MAY USE
Strictly necessary technologies support security, forms, navigation, consent preferences, and core Website functions.
Functional technologies remember settings and improve features.
Analytics technologies help us understand traffic, performance, and engagement.
Advertising technologies help measure campaigns, build audiences, and support interest-based or remarketing activities.
8.3. PROVIDERS
Depending on the tools deployed, providers may include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, our hosting and CRM provider, and comparable services. The provider list may change as our technology stack evolves.
8.4. YOUR CHOICES
You may manage nonessential cookies through any consent tool available on the Website, browser settings, or provider opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. Where applicable, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals that we are required and technically able to process.
8.5. RETENTION
Cookie duration varies. Session cookies expire when the browser closes; persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration or deletion. We configure retention reasonably based on purpose and provider capabilities.
8.6. UPDATES
We may update this Notice as technologies, providers, or law change. The Effective Date above identifies the current version.
8.7. CONTACT
Questions may be sent to [email protected].
9. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to hosting, website, CRM, email, SMS, payment, analytics, advertising, scheduling, video-conferencing, learning-management, cloud-storage, security, professional-advisor, event, and other vendors that support operations; to business and event partners when disclosed and appropriate; to authorities or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, transfer, or due-diligence process.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics disclosures. Where applicable, we provide legally required notices and opt-out methods.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers collect and process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies. We generally receive transaction details, status, and limited billing information rather than complete card credentials.
11. AI AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
We may use AI-assisted or automated technologies for transcription, summarization, drafting, analytics, personalization, customer support, administration, fraud detection, or service improvement. Human review may be used where appropriate. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects unless disclosed and permitted by law.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information to an AI-enabled feature unless we specifically request it through an approved process.
12. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, honoring preferences, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and complying with law.
As a general operational guide, inquiry and marketing records may be retained while the relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward; transaction and contract records may be retained for at least the legally required accounting, tax, and limitations periods; program and event records may be retained for administration and historical record-keeping; security logs may be retained for a limited operational period; and suppression records may be retained as necessary to honor opt-outs.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period and be isolated from ordinary use. We may retain information longer when required by law, litigation hold, dispute, safety need, or legitimate record-keeping purpose.
13. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. These may include access controls, vendor management, secure payment processing, authentication, backups, updates, and incident response. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
14. DATA INCIDENTS
If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals and authorities when required by applicable law. You should use unique passwords, protect your devices, and promptly report suspected misuse.
15. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
HAUS ALIGNED is based in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguards.
16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to us, you may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal; and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request and state or country of residence. We may verify identity and authority, request additional information, deny or limit a request as permitted by law, and retain a record of the request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.
17. FLORIDA AND OTHER U.S. STATE NOTICES
Florida and other state privacy laws apply only when their statutory thresholds and other requirements are met. Nothing in this Policy is an admission that a particular law applies. When applicable, we will provide required notices and honor qualifying rights. Florida residents may also have protections concerning security breaches and records containing personal information under Florida law.
18. CHILDREN AND MINORS
The Website and Offerings are not directed to children under 13, and paid Offerings are intended for adults 18 and older unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
19. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SOCIAL FEATURES
Third-party websites, embedded content, social-media features, and platforms operate under their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them. Review their policies before providing information.
