TERMS & CONDITIONS
Website, digital content, programs, events, and services
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Welcome to https://hausaligned.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by HAUS ALIGNED, LLC (“HAUS ALIGNED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website and any content, communications, digital resources, applications, waitlists, events, programs, memberships, courses, communities, and services offered through or linked from the Website (collectively, the “Offerings”).
By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, creating an account, registering for an Offering, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Offerings.
1. SCOPE; ADDITIONAL OFFER-SPECIFIC TERMS
These Terms apply to HAUS ALIGNED’s Website and Offerings. Separate written agreements, order forms, enrollment terms, speaker agreements, event waivers, refund policies, community rules, or other offer-specific terms may also apply. If a direct conflict exists, the more specific written terms governing that Offering control for that conflict.
References to HAUS ALIGNED include its current and future trade names, brands, divisions, successors, assigns, and controlled affiliates only when they expressly provide or adopt the applicable Offering. These Terms do not automatically govern a legally separate entity or unrelated website unless that entity or website expressly adopts them.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase, enroll, apply, or participate in paid Offerings. By acting for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. EDUCATIONAL, INFORMATIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL PURPOSES
Content is provided for educational, informational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health, therapeutic, counseling, or other licensed professional advice.
You remain responsible for evaluating information, obtaining appropriate professional advice, and making your own decisions. No professional-client, fiduciary, pastoral, counseling, therapeutic, employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship is created solely by your use of the Website or participation in an Offering.
4. CHRISTIAN MINISTRY CONTENT
Faith-based content reflects sincerely held Christian beliefs and our good-faith understanding of Scripture. Participation is voluntary. We encourage personal study of Scripture, prayer, discernment, and connection with an appropriate local church and qualified professionals where needed.
Prayer, testimony, spiritual discussion, or participation in ministry gatherings does not guarantee healing, deliverance, spiritual growth, personal transformation, or any particular result.
5. NO GUARANTEES; TESTIMONIALS
We do not guarantee business, financial, spiritual, ministry, educational, leadership, visibility, sales, audience, funding, launch, or other outcomes. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, implementation, timing, market conditions, resources, health, decisions, and circumstances.
Testimonials, examples, participant stories, case studies, and earnings or results references are illustrative only and are not promises of typical or future results.
6. ACCOUNTS, APPLICATIONS, AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; safeguard credentials; promptly update material changes; and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may decline an application, enrollment, or registration at our discretion where lawful.
7. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND CHARGEBACKS
Prices, payment schedules, deposits, taxes, renewal terms, and billing dates are disclosed at checkout or in offer-specific terms. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided for amounts due.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, and transaction fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes imposed on our net income.
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Filing a knowingly false or improper chargeback may constitute a breach of these Terms. This does not limit any nonwaivable rights you have under law or card-network rules.
8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS, AND RENEWALS
Refund, cancellation, transfer, attendance, no-show, rescheduling, and renewal terms vary by Offering and will be disclosed before purchase or registration. Those specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in offer-specific terms, digital products, downloads, recordings, and services already delivered are nonrefundable. We may issue refunds, credits, or accommodations in our discretion without creating an obligation to do so in other cases.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website and Offerings—including names, marks, logos, trade dress, photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, audio, curricula, frameworks, methodologies, templates, workbooks, prompts, downloads, recordings, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to HAUS ALIGNED and protected by intellectual-property law.
Except for the limited license below, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, translate, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, teach, train others on, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.
10. LIMITED PERSONAL LICENSE
When you lawfully obtain a resource, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to use it for your own personal or internal business use, subject to any offer-specific license. You may not share login credentials, files, recordings, templates, or materials with others; upload them to shared drives, repositories, or AI-training datasets; or use them to create a competing product or service.
11. USER CONTENT, SUBMISSIONS, AND TESTIMONIALS
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
When you voluntarily submit feedback, ideas, questions, comments, or nonconfidential suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate them without compensation or attribution. We will obtain separate permission before publicly using an identifiable testimonial, image, recording, or success story unless your participation agreement already grants that permission.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, health, financial, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
12. RECORDINGS AND EVENT MEDIA
Certain events or programs may be photographed or recorded. Where applicable, notice and any required release will be provided through registration materials, signage, or offer-specific terms. If you do not wish to appear in general event media, contact us before participating; accommodation may not be possible for all live or interactive experiences.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT
You agree not to violate law; infringe rights; harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or abuse others; transmit malware; scrape or harvest data; interfere with security or functionality; impersonate others; gain unauthorized access; spam; use content for unlawful or deceptive purposes; or disrupt an Offering.
We may remove content, mute or remove a participant, deny access, or terminate participation for conduct we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, infringing, or inconsistent with community standards. Where appropriate, access may be terminated without refund to the extent permitted by law and applicable offer-specific terms.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, LINKS, AND PLATFORMS
The Website and Offerings may depend on third parties such as hosting, payment, email, SMS, video-conferencing, learning, calendar, analytics, social-media, event, or cloud providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, acts, omissions, or policies.
15. AI AND AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES
We may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist with administration, research, content development, transcription, personalization, support, analytics, or service delivery. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as professional advice. We will not intentionally use confidential client materials to train public AI models without authorization, but third-party tools may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY; CHANGES
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Website or Offerings at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible access, preservation of content, or availability on every device or browser.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR RESULTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
18. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You voluntarily assume risks associated with participating in events, travel, technology use, group discussions, business implementation, and reliance on educational or spiritual content. This section does not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAUS ALIGNED AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND CONTROLLED AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, OFFERINGS, CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE HAUS ALIGNED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PARTICULAR OFFERING OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO HAUS ALIGNED FOR THE APPLICABLE OFFERING DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
THE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OR TO OUR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the HAUS ALIGNED parties from third-party claims, demands, proceedings, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising from or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms or offer-specific terms; (b) your unlawful, negligent, fraudulent, or willful conduct; (c) your misuse of the Website, Offerings, or content; (d) content you submit; (e) your infringement or violation of another person’s rights; or (f) your business, products, services, statements, or implementation decisions. We may control the defense and settlement, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle a claim imposing liability or obligations on us without our written consent.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disruption, utility or internet failure, cyberattack, platform outage, venue closure, transportation interruption, illness, death, or acts of God. We may reschedule, substitute delivery methods, provide credit, or take other reasonable action, subject to offer-specific terms and applicable law.
22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and to attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, either party may request nonbinding mediation in Polk County, Florida, with costs shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Except for qualifying small-claims matters or actions seeking temporary or injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, confidentiality, safety, or systems, any lawsuit arising from or related to these Terms, the Website, or an Offering must be brought exclusively in a state court located in Polk County, Florida, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court serving Polk County, Florida. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under consumer-protection law.
23. TIME LIMIT TO BRING CLAIMS
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or related to the Website, an Offering, or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrued; otherwise, it is permanently barred. This period does not apply where a shorter or longer period is required and cannot be modified by law.
24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically. Electronic acceptance, typed names, checkboxes, and digital signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law.
25. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to [email protected] identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.
26. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, infringement, security risk, or unlawful conduct. You may stop using the Website at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute terms, and general provisions—survive termination.
27. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and Effective Date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, but changes do not retroactively alter a signed agreement or completed transaction unless permitted by that agreement and law.
28. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable offer-specific terms constitute the entire agreement regarding their subject matter and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications.
Severability. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale, merger, asset transfer, or by operation of law.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except for the HAUS ALIGNED parties protected by the disclaimer, liability, and indemnity provisions, these Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights.
Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
